These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the BZ4 website at bz4corp.com and, if you opt in, our SMS program. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our services

BZ4 provides real estate acquisition, general contracting, renovation, and property management services in Northeast Ohio. Information on this website is for general information and does not create a contract, engagement, or guarantee of any project until we enter a separate written agreement with you.

Use of the website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to submit false information, interfere with the site, or attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend or limit access if we believe these terms have been violated.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You represent that you are the account holder or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are at least 18 years old.

Intellectual property

The BZ4 name, logo, website design, text, and project images are owned by BZ4 or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Disclaimer

The website is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Project photos and descriptions are examples of prior work and are not a guarantee of future results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BZ4 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or SMS program. Our total liability related to website use is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for website access, which is zero.

Governing law
